"Pretty easy to clean, honestly"
I’ve washed this a few times now, and it’s been really simple to keep clean. The instructions were clear enough, and it still works just fine after washing. Not sure why some things are made to seem more complicated than they are, because this hasn’t been a hassle at all so far

I ordered from hotoctopuss.com and the package showed up in a plain box with no awkward labels or anything obvious, which I appreciated. Everything arrived in good shape and it felt private enough. It did take a day longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it. Solid 4 stars.

"Decent site. Could be smoother."
Used the site for a bit. Finding things was easy. No big issues there. Some pages loaded slow though. A little cluttered too. Checkout was fine. Simple. Overall, not bad. Just needs to feel smoother.

"Surprisingly quiet, honestly"
I was expecting it to be louder, but on the lower settings it’s actually quiet. If you turn it up higher, it does get a little buzzy, which I noticed right away, but it’s not awful. Also, with the door closed, it’s still totally fine and doesn’t really bother me. Overall, quieter than I thought it would be.

I really like the design. It has a clean, cool look without feeling too overdone. I noticed it right away because I had just been rearranging a few things on my desk, and it fit in way better than I expected.

I’ve had this for a few months now and, it still feels like it did on day one. I kind of assumed something would start rattling or getting loose by now, but nope — no weird noises, no flimsy parts, and it feels solid overall.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I ordered from hotoctopuss.com and, i was a little surprised by how quickly it arrived. The tracking updated along the way, so I wasn’t left guessing or anything, and then the package showed up a couple days earlier than I expected. So yeah... no delivery problems at all, and I’m happy with how that went.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service, expecting to sit around waiting and getting annoyed. But they replied way quicker than I thought they would, which was a relief because I really don’t have patience for slow back-and-forth stuff.

The person I spoke to was polite, straight to the point, and actually fixed it without making the whole thing a hassle. Happy with how it went, especially since it didn’t drag on forever...

"Comfy, but I feel a little misled"
It does fit me well and it’s really comfortable, no rubbing, slipping, or anything annoying like that. I just feel a bit misled because I expected something different based on the description, but comfort-wise, I can’t really complain.
